一、 前言/ preface 
  LDMC型脉冲袋式除尘器是我公司设计的小型袋式除尘器。该除尘器采用高压(0.5~0.7MPa)大流量脉冲阀逐条滤袋喷吹清灰技术,具有清灰功能大,清灰效率高的特点。并且体积小、重量轻、结构简单紧凑、安装容易、维护方便。广泛用于建材、冶金、矿山、化工、煤炭、非金属矿、超细粉加工等行业的含尘气体净化处理系统。

This filter adopts high voltage (0.5 ~ 0.7 MPa) big flow pulse valve headed the filter bag out dust injection technology, with clear grey function, the characteristics of high efficiency out dust. And small volume, light weight, simple and compact structure, easy installation, maintenance is convenient. Widely used in building material, metallurgy, mining, chemical, coal, nonmetalliferous ore, super fine powder processing industries of dust-contained gas purification processing system. 

二、 除尘器结构/ Filter structure
   该设备主要有以下部分组成:

a. 箱体:包括袋室、净气室、多孔板、滤袋、滤袋骨架、检修门、箱体设计耐压为5000Pa。

b. 出风系统:包括风机、风机配用电机。

三、 工作原理/ working principle
含尘气体由进气口进入灰斗、或通过敞开法兰式口进入滤袋室,含尘气体透过滤袋过滤为净气进入净气室,再经净气室排气口,由风机排走。粉尘积附在滤袋的外表面,且不断增加,使袋除尘器的阻力不断上升,为使设备阻力不超过1200Pa,袋除尘器能继续工作,需定期清除滤袋上的粉尘。清灰是由程序控制定时顺序启动脉冲阀,使气包内压缩空气(0.5~0.7MPa)由喷吹管孔眼喷出进入滤袋使滤袋在瞬间急剧膨胀,并伴随着气流的振动作用抖落粉尘,达到清灰的目的

四、 选型/ selection
4.1 型号说明
该单机有32、48、64、80、96、112六种规格,其中每个规格分为两种安装形式,以满足不同场合的使用要求,具体型号说明如下:

4.2 选型参数及选型原则

4.2.1 收尘器选型的主要技术参数为风量、气体温度、含尘浓度与湿度。根据工艺设计的风量、气体温度、含尘浓度的 数值,按略小于技术性能表中的数值为原则,其相对应的收尘器型号,即为所需的收尘器型号。

五、 安装调试说明/ Installation instructions
 1、收到设备即要检查除尘器所有附件是否完好,包括对有关配件箱的开箱检查,发现问题需查明原因解决后再进行安装工作。

2、本体:为保证设备的稳定性,安装设备的接口平面要平整, 位后要检查各连接处的密封填料、螺栓密封紧固的可靠性发现有松动处要解决以免漏风,同时对分体发运的要在连接处填上密封填料再紧固螺钉。另外要检查各种检修门槽内各密封填料有无脱落并进行嵌严实。

3、脉冲喷吹控制系统:压缩空气管道连接于除尘器上部位置的气包端进气管。通常设备裸装发出即出厂前将电磁脉冲阀拆下发运。所以先将每个电磁阀的进口内螺纹连接于气包上部的接管上并保证密封紧固好通过气包支架将阀的出口 统一对上喷吹管的 并用随机发运的高压橡胶管及喉箍进行连接并要保证严密不漏气。

以上安装、试车调试结束后即可投入系统中开始工作。当系统主风机开始工作含尘气体进入箱体后过滤开始,随着粉尘的附和过滤工况的进行设备的阻力即开始上升,当设备阻力达到0.8-1KPa时即开始供压缩空气并启动脉冲阀进行喷吹并视设备情况按控制仪说明书进行调节喷吹时间。

六、 维护和保养/ maintenance and maintenance
1、壳体/ shell 
使用一段时间后发现各连接部件螺丝松动及密封加老化失去密封作用,需进行更换并紧固,并定期进行防锈刷漆。

2、设备阻力 equipment resistance 
发现设备阻力超过限定范围,则需检查原因。滤袋积灰过量原因分析:

(1)电磁阀失灵不喷吹→检查电磁阀及控制系统。

(2)由于个别漏尘上箱体喷吹管喷孔堵塞→进行清理疏通。

(3)滤袋受喷吹气源油水分离不净的影响粘堵滤袋或粉尘湿度太高→进行拆洗滤袋晾开并处理好压缩空气或解决含尘气体湿度问题。

(4)选型不适过滤风速及浓度偏高→增大机型规格或减少系统网点降低处理量。

3、滤袋/ the filter bag: 
在装拆过程中要注意避免碰撞和拉毛,若破损将直接会影响除尘效率。当运行一段时间后发现出风口明显积灰、冒灰现象则表明滤袋已破损→进行更换。如在正常情况下使用一段时间有滤袋破损,根据主体内工作状态说明未破损的滤袋寿命也已很短了,因滤袋的寿命基本上由工作温度、粉尘浓度、粉尘性质和过滤风速、喷吹清灰状况而变化→建议全面进行一次更换。当然在这事前还需检查一下是否由于上口绑扎脱落而导致冒灰→全面绑扎好即可工作。

4、脉冲阀和控制仪/pulse valve and controlling instrument 
脉冲阀正常工作时声响是清脆“扑”声音,常见故障分析如下:

(1)不响,即不喷吹原因是否控制仪电源未打开,电磁阀到控制仪的导线段裂或控制仪不工作,电磁阀线圈发生故障等→更换配件或参照脉冲控制仪说明书检修控制仪。

(3)气包压力上不去有漏气声使排气道常开并且不能喷吹→检查供气压力是否达到0.4MPa以上,另外请检查脉冲阀的膜片是否发生了破裂或磨损→更换膜片即能工作。

(4)在运行过程中要经常注意各传动部位的润滑及除污更换润滑油、脂。对气包要定期进行排污。

(5)该除尘设备必须设置专人管理,严格按操作规程操作,维修工要熟知各部件的原理,掌握调整与维修方法,并建立运行记录。
